Well, I have finally joined the blog-enabled population, which is Thing 2. I enjoy the idea of being able to post my thoughts, but I also realize that this means that I am limited to only a couple of sentences. Therefore, I will be posting other people's thoughts, and attributing them to myself. In a cliche that I designed myself, I have to say that "a rolling stone gathers no moss". I made that up just a little while ago.
I hope that I do not drone on endlessly on my subsequent blogs. I will try to stay on point, as no one wants to read the endless drivel that comes out of a rambling person.
Thing 1 gave me some pause to think that the technology that I am using in class is on the right track, and that my possibilities are endless for using technology as a teaching tool. After all, I do have a Masters Degree in Educational Technology, so I better practice what I preach (another of my cliches).
Good luck, all. Perhaps I will keep blogging even after I finish the 23 Things. GG
ps. I was going to name this blog Gary-Maufry, but I think only Cranbrook people would "get it" and everyone else would think I was weird. As if they don't already.
